Refund & Cancellation Policy

At oRadiant Travel Assistance, we strive to provide seamless and flexible travel support. However, due to the nature of travel bookings and third-party involvement, our refund and cancellation policies are subject to the terms of our service providers.

By using our services, you agree to the following refund and cancellation terms.


1. General Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the service or booking type. Each booking will specify its own cancellation and refund terms prior to confirmation. If no policy is explicitly stated at the time of booking, the following general terms apply.


2. Cancellations Initiated by the Customer

  • Flights, Hotels, Cruises, & Tours:
    Refunds are subject to the policies of the airline, hotel, cruise line, or tour operator. We will assist in initiating the cancellation but cannot guarantee a full or partial refund unless offered by the provider.
  • Service Fees:
    All service fees charged by oRadiant (for consultation, itinerary planning, concierge support, etc.) are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
  • Change Fees:
    Modifications may incur additional costs based on provider terms. We’ll inform you of all charges before proceeding.

3. Cancellations Initiated by oRadiant or a Provider

If a travel service is canceled due to provider issues (e.g., overbooking, natural disaster, or policy changes), we will coordinate with the provider to secure a full or partial refund or offer an alternative option where possible.


4. Refund Process

  • All eligible refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after confirmation of cancellation and provider approval.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • “No-show” travelers who fail to check in on time
  • Missed flights, connections, or activities due to personal negligence
  • Travel disruptions due to incorrect documents (e.g., expired passport, visa denial)
  • Services marked as non-refundable at the time of booking

6. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel delays. oRadiant is not liable for losses due to uninsured incidents.
